Anthony gained interest in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture after being exposed during his own recovery following a life altering MVA. Allison completed her undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph in 2002. After taking a year off of school she went back to Guelph to complete her Masters in Applied Human Nutrition and has been working as a registered dietitian since 2005.

Allison started her career as a dietitian working in primary care where she counseled patients in their family doctor’s office with a focus on diabetes and weight management. Over the course of her career Allison has gained expert knowledge working in nephrology, medicine and critical care.

Allison has always had a love for physical activity and moving her body. In 2005 she tested her limits by training for her first marathon and fell in love with running.

In her spare time, Allison can be found running in the trails, hitting up the gym for an early morning weight training class and spending time with her family, including her two children aged 9 and 11.

Stephanie has always had a passion for the human body and its amazing capabilities. As a child she was invested in gymnastics and challenging her body to learn and develop new skills. She found a love in the elegance of movement and transitioned herself at a young age into studying the art of ballet. She spent 15 years perfecting her skills in Cecchetti ballet and further developing her love for human anatomy. Having to leave ballet at that time, she went on to captain the University of Guelph cheerleading team throughout her undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition.

At the conclusion of her degree at the University of Guelph, Stephanie worked in the field of Clinical Nutrition and began racing in Ironman Triathlons completing her first at the age of 23. This experience further intensified her desire to learn more about human anatomy and biomechanics. She returnedto school to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a specialized focus inneurophysiology at York University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.

Stephanie has competed in seven Ironman triathlons, numerous half Ironman triathlons, marathons, half marathons and short course triathlons. She is a Boston Marathon qualified runner and has recently ventured into ultra distance running with a goal of joining the Canadian 100k Trail Team.

Stephanie believes in a movement based approach to rehabilitation. She is a certified Functional Dry Needling practitioner and utilizes Active Release Technique® and exercise prescription as the bases for her treatment techniques. Jenna Power graduated with a Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario. She continued her studies at Western in the field of Pedorthics through the apprenticeship program.

She was first introduced to Pedorthics as a patient due to her many lower limb injuries playing competitive hockey, lacrosse and golf. Pedorthic treatment helped her get back to pain-free activity and her goal is to help others achieve the same. She believes these personal experiences enable her to relate and empathize with each of her patients.

As a pedorthist, Jenna offers a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and gait analysis for all ages. Her services include custom made orthotics, orthopaedic footwear, and compression sock therapy.
